A little of her story
Cathy came to this work the long way around.
She started her real estate career at 40, with three children under the age of four and one goal: make enough to pay herself what she was paying the nanny. Eighteen months later, she was in the top 10% in the country.
Twenty-eight years in, she is still in that room. The coaching came later. And the speaking. And the community she built for women who were done pretending that aging was something to fight.
In 2024 she reclaimed her maiden name. Sommerville. It felt right.
She carries over six decades of lived experience. She is not slowing down. She is just getting clearer.
